  1. Lead and manage the strategic planning and execution of the company's product portfolio.
  2. Ensure optimal resource allocation and capacity management for the portfolio.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align portfolio strategy with overall business objectives.
  4. Develop and implement portfolio management processes and tools to effectively track and measure portfolio performance.
  5. Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for the portfolio and make recommendations for mitigation or enhancement.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making on portfolio priorities and resource allocation.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform portfolio strategy.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support portfolio management activities.
  9. Communicate portfolio updates and progress to senior leadership and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
  10. Contribute to the development of innovative medicines by leveraging portfolio insights and data.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and success within the organization.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to portfolio management.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in portfolio management and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  15. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the portfolio and company brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Portfolio And Capacity Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Life Sciences. Advanced Degree (Mba, Phd) Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Cross-Functional Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Portfolio And Capacity Management Strategies To Support Business Objectives.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Process Improvements.
