Job Description

AstraZeneca is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Translational Medicine Operations with the knowledge, expertise, and drive to advance our mission of creating life-changing medicines. The successful candidate will provide strong operational and strategic leadership for the Oncology Translational Medicine (OTM) Operations team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our Oncology R&D strategy.We are seeking an individual with a strong background in clinical research or drug development. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, driving innovation, and making data-driven decisions. They should have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans, as well as a desire to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively with people across all functions and levels.
