  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive medical information strategy for the company.
  2. Oversee the delivery of accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Manage a team of medical information professionals and provide guidance and support.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into the medical information strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
  8. Participate in the review and approval of promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical information.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical information operations.
  10. Train and educate team members on medical information processes, procedures, and best practices.
  11. Represent the company at medical conferences and events, as needed.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on medical information within the company.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to support their initiatives and provide medical information expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Information And Communications Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements For Medical Information.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Various Audiences.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments.
