Associate Director Labs - QA Audit

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Conduct regular audits of laboratory facilities to identify any deviations from established procedures and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to quality assurance and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure a smooth and successful audit process
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality metrics to monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance processes
- Ensure all laboratory equipment and processes are validated and calibrated according to company standards
- Review and approve quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, batch records, and validation protocols
- Work closely with other departments, such as manufacturing and research and development, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Advanced Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles And Practices, With At Least 8 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Coach And Develop Team Members.
Extensive Experience In Conducting Audits And Inspections, Including Fda And International Regulatory Audits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
In-Depth Understanding Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Other Relevant Regulations, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Them In A Practical And Risk-Based Manner.
