  1. Lead and oversee the management of evidence projects to support the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of evidence projects.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and key opinion leaders.
  6. Conduct regular project team meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and ensure project objectives are being met.
  7. Ensure all evidence projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in evidence-based medicine and project management, and apply them to improve project execution.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and optimize project management processes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as Medical Affairs and Market Access, to ensure evidence projects are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to evidence-based medicine and project management.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  14. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the evidence project management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.
