  1. Lead and manage clinical trials: The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  2. Ensure highest quality standards: The Associate Director will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the clinical trial process, from study design to data analysis and reporting.
  3. Ensure compliance: The Associate Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and local laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement clinical research strategies: The Associate Director will play a key role in developing and implementing clinical research strategies to advance the company's research efforts and improve patient outcomes.
  5. Manage cross-functional teams: The Associate Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  6. Mentor and train team members: The Associate Director will provide mentorship and training to team members, including clinical research associates and project managers, to ensure their professional development and success.
  7. Communicate with key stakeholders: The Associate Director will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate the smooth conduct of clinical trials.
  8. Monitor trial progress and identify risks: The Associate Director will monitor trial progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks, ensuring the timely completion of clinical trials.
  9. Analyze and interpret trial data: The Associate Director will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting trial data, and providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends: The Associate Director will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and guidelines related to clinical research, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Clinical Trials, Including Experience In Protocol Development, Study Design, And Oversight Of Study Execution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Research, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.
