  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  15. Maintain a high level of scientific knowledge and expertise in the field of cell therapy.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Cell Biology, Bioengineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Cell Therapy Research And Development

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Clinical Trial Design And Execution

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
