A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmacology.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Assay Development And Validation Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Assay Development, Validation, And Transfer.
Proficiency In Various Assay Platforms, Technologies, And Techniques Such As Elisa, Hplc, And Msd.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Data Analysis Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Assays.
