
Trust Operations Lead Specialist
Monitor daily exception reporting and other reports tied to Common, Collective and Unitized Funds. Exercise good judgment according to current policies and procedures when resolving report exceptions or evaluating outcomes. Seek assistance when necessary. Ensure all work within the fund valuation area is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of the fund valuation team. Provide work direction while helping to maintain an efficient working environment. Research and process transaction reversals when needed. Verify for accuracy. Review APO/FIS user setup documentation to ensure that maintenance/additions made have been approved and signed off by ACE administrator. Compare documentation to generated report daily. Manage departmental workloads; be aware of vacations, illness and volumes in general for all positions within the trust operations department. Adjust workloads as needed to ensure work is processed in a timely, accurate fashion. Utilize knowledge of Trust systems to research and provide Common, Collective and Unitized Fund information to both internal and external audit. Serve as a subject matter expert to fully address all requests and resulting questions. Pay Common and Collective Fund audit fees. Maintain accruals for fees.
