Job Description

At ASOS plc, we are looking for a logistics coordinator who can bring an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role. The successful candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is customer-focused, and is able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines. You should have a minimum of two years' experience within a logistics or warehouse environment, with a good knowledge of warehouse systems. You should also have a good understanding of the principles of supply chain management and be able to demonstrate a strong problem-solving approach.If you think you have the right skills and experience to make a real difference in this role, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities: • Ensure that all logistics and warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and effectively • Manage the inventory of goods and materials in the warehouse • Ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time • Monitor the performance of supply chain partners and suppliers • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the most competitive rates • Monitor the warehouse budget and ensure cost-effectiveness • Maintain accurate records of all inventory and shipments • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize logistics processes • Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and health standards • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to logistics operations • Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
