Localization Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Localization Specialist to join ASOS plc and help us expand our global reach. Responsibilities:

1. Translate content from English into other languages to ensure customers around the world receive the same great service and experience.
2. Ensure translations are linguistically and culturally accurate and appropriate.
3. Develop localization strategies to increase ASOS’s global reach.
4. Monitor customer feedback to identify potential areas of improvement in localization processes.
5. Manage the localization process from end-to-end, including language review, testing, and implementation.
6. Work with international teams to ensure language requirements and customer expectations are met.
7. Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to localization.
8. Create and maintain localization style guides and glossaries.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external language service providers.
10. Identify and resolve any localization-related issues.
