Localization Specialist

You will be part of a global team of localization specialists, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and content are accurately localized for different markets and cultures. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field. You must also have extensive experience with the localization process, a good understanding of the latest technologies, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain localization processes and best practices to ensure accurate translations and high quality of localized content.
2. Translate content into multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
3. Develop and maintain terminology databases for multiple languages, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
4. Monitor progress of localization projects and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of localized content.
6. Develop and maintain localization guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Track and report on localization efforts and performance metrics.
8. Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry trends related to localization.
9. Collaborate with external vendors for translation services and other localization needs.
10. Perform quality assurance tests on localized content.
