The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with customers and a strong understanding of CRM best practices.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in a CRM role. You should have excellent data analysis skills, a familiarity with customer segmentation, and the ability to deliver insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities:
