Job Description

At ASOS plc, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team! This person should be an experienced CRM professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can think strategically. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with customers and a strong understanding of CRM best practices.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in a CRM role. You should have excellent data analysis skills, a familiarity with customer segmentation, and the ability to deliver insights that drive business decisions. You should also be comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization, with excellent communication and project management skills.If you’re up for the challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to engage customers and increase loyalty.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify trends and segmentation opportunities.
  3. Monitor customer engagement metrics and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  4. Manage customer databases and ensure accuracy and quality of data.
  5. Utilize customer feedback to develop new strategies and initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure customer needs are met.
  7. Develop reports and presentations to showcase customer insights.
  8. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in CRM.
