Reporting Analyst
As a Reporting Analyst, every day is different. One day is devoted to business performance management activities in which you gather information from several data sources such as SAP but also from team managers. Design of performance metrics, such as KPI’s, and performance monitoring tools. Utilize, alter, and/or create staffing models to evaluate manpower requirements across multiple areas under Wilton Configuration Management and Master Data groups. Identify and communicate areas of improvement for existing or new processes based on your analysis of data, evaluation of processes and the need for improvements across the organization. Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations.
2-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration
Proficient with SAP and experience with BI systems (i.e. Business Objects).
Ability to convert complex (often data driven) matter to clear overviews and insights.
