Job Description

Designing dynamically scalable systems according to workload while minimizing cost. Designing secure computing environments based on access controls and network segregation. Developing automation tools that bridge the gap between off-the-shelf solutions and our specific needs. Migrating a mature and complex on-prem physical and virtual environment into the cloud. This position is to create a new computing platform that will be used within our software company to keep up with our growth in market share, and the ever changing demands of our customers. Immediately, we will focus more on IaaS type solutions, with some PaaS solutions, and over time the PaaS capabilities in our environment will increase.

Job Qualifications

  • Provisioning infrastructure via code such as Terraform, Packer, or Ansible Tower

  • Ability to work closely with other engineers, product managers and customer support

  • Ability to read and modify C and C++ applications

  • HPC or batch workloads
