Monitor daily open marketplace orders & account health/standing to ensure adherence to Marketplace SLAS (on-time shipping, cancellations, returns, response time etc.). Partner with various internal teams including the Distribution Center, Customer Service, IT and DTC Merchandise Operations to proactively identify issues and opportunities. Perform regular product catalog checks to ensure ongoing quality of catalog listings, troubleshooting and resolving product listing errors when necessary. Assist in building differentiated product assortments by channel, compiling weekly inventory lists and preparing business requests. List products with all necessary attributes on appropriate marketplaces without error. Manage day-to-day relationship with Brand Protection Partner; providing product data, MAP and Authorized Seller lists Deliver Marketplace Intelligence, Unauthorized Seller and IP Violation reporting in collaboration with Marketplace Manager. Develop relationships with 3P account representatives and provide weekly inventory lists for promotion selection.
