The Customs Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for US import and export activity for ASICS America. Assist with management of US Customs Broker and ensure Broker is adhering to all aspects of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Assist with researching and interpreting CBP binding rulings, Informed Compliance. Publications, and other guidelines for proper classification and overall Customs Compliance regulations. Assist with classification of Footwear, Wearing Apparel and Accessory products according to the HTSUSA. Provide support with product design or sourcing options to minimize import duties applicable. Maintain classifications in ERP and product library databases. Assist with providing proper Customs Valuation. Assit with management of CTPAT Program.
