- Process Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying the contents, labeling, and documenting the orders.
- Maintain a Safe and Organized Warehouse: The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Follow Company Procedures and Guidelines: The Warehouse Associate will adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations, including safety protocols, inventory management, and quality control.
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: The Warehouse Associate will monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Communicate with Team Members: The Warehouse Associate will work closely with other team members, including the warehouse manager and other associates, to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and maintain a productive work environment.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Warehouse Associate will be the first point of contact for customers picking up orders or making returns at the warehouse. Therefore, they must provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet Productivity Standards: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for meeting daily productivity goals and completing tasks within the designated timeframe.
- Adapt to Changing Work Conditions: The Warehouse Associate must be able to adapt to changing work conditions, such as increased order volume or shifting priorities, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Physical Abilities: A Warehouse Associate Should Have The Physical Strength And Endurance To Perform Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Furniture Items, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Operating Machinery.
Organizational Skills: This Position Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure That Products Are Stored And Shipped Efficiently. A Warehouse Associate Should Be Able To Maintain Accurate Inventory Records And Pack Items Properly To Prevent Damage During Transportation.
Attention To Detail: As A Warehouse Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Accurately And Quickly Identify Products, Labels, And Packaging. This Is Essential For Ensuring That The Correct Products Are Shipped To The Correct Locations.
