- Maintain and organize inventory levels in the showroom to ensure all products are readily available for customers.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Restock products on the showroom floor and in the warehouse.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and tagged with accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with sales team and management to identify inventory needs and assist in ordering products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and showroom floor.
- Assist with assembly and display of furniture as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with any stock-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company procedures for handling and storing products.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Proactively identify and report any damaged or defective products.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in stocking processes.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Stock Associate Job At Ashley Furniture Industries Is A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Basic Knowledge And Skills Necessary For The Job.
