Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team and help us maintain our inventory and ensure our customers always have access to the latest and greatest products.   1. Maintain inventory levels: The Stock Associate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  2. Organize and stock products: The Stock Associate will be responsible for organizing and stocking products on the sales floor, as well as in the back storage areas.
  3. Receive and process shipments: The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, checking for accuracy, and processing them into the inventory system.
  4. Perform inventory audits: The Stock Associate will conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Communicate with team members: The Stock Associate will work closely with other team members, such as sales associates and managers, to communicate any inventory needs or issues.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace: The Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping the stockroom and sales floor clean and organized to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Update product displays: The Stock Associate will assist with updating product displays and ensuring that all products are accurately labeled and priced.
  8. Assist with customer inquiries: The Stock Associate may be asked to assist customers with locating products or answering questions about availability and pricing.
  9. Follow safety procedures: The Stock Associate will follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their co-workers.
  10. Contribute to team goals: The Stock Associate will work with the team to achieve sales and inventory goals set by the company, and may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.

  • Experience In Inventory Management: A Stock Associate Should Have Experience In Managing Inventory, Including Receiving, Organizing, And Restocking Merchandise.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Stock Associate Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Inventory Counts And Proper Organization Of Merchandise.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Lifting, Moving, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Familiarity With Warehouse Equipment: Stock Associates Should Be Comfortable Using Warehouse Equipment Such As Forklifts, Hand Trucks, And Pallet Jacks To Move Merchandise.
