- Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data to accurately forecast demand for products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Utilize forecasting tools and software to generate accurate projections for future demand.
- Communicate forecasts and supply chain recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust forecasting methods accordingly.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on forecasting techniques and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Forecasting, Preferably In A Retail Or Manufacturing Environment.
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Forecasting Software Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Tableau.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Principles, Supply Chain Processes, And Demand Planning Methodologies.
