- Develop and manage the product portfolio for Ashley Furniture Industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of products in the market.
- Establish and drive product strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and incorporate them into product planning.
- Develop and implement product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and use that information to inform product decisions.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product training and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for product development and launch.
- Develop and manage budgets and timelines for product projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Ashley Furniture Industries and its products at industry events and conferences.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Furniture Or Home Goods Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Multiple Products From Conception To Market.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape In The Furniture Industry.
