- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee complaints and investigations with confidentiality, sensitivity, and fairness.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Law And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing And Enforcing Hr Policies And Procedures.
Proven Experience In Talent Acquisition And Management, Including Developing And Implementing Recruitment Strategies, Onboarding Processes, And Performance Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
