  • Facilitate and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum framework
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Ensure the team is following Scrum processes and guidelines
  • Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team dynamic and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and empowering them to self-organize and make decisions
  • Communicate and report progress and any issues to stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and organization
  • Mentor and train team members on Agile practices and principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification.

  • Experience Leading Agile/Scrum Teams And Implementing Scrum Principles And Practices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Coaching Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Tools And Techniques, Such As Jira, Confluence, And Kanban Boards.
