- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.

- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures and ensure compliance within the sales team.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire new sales associates as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Furniture Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Drive Sales Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
