- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve company goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to sales team members.
- Monitor and manage sales team's performance, including setting and tracking individual and team goals.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Furniture Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
