- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards set by the company.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of visual displays in driving sales and meeting customer needs.
Knowledge Of Visual Merchandising Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Principles, Such As Color Theory, Product Placement, And Store Layout.
