  1. Develop and execute creative and visually appealing displays that align with the company's brand and aesthetics.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and promotional strategies to create effective displays.
  3. Utilize knowledge of design principles and retail trends to create engaging and attractive displays that drive customer interest and sales.
  4. Ensure that all displays are properly set up and maintained, including restocking and rearranging products as needed.
  5. Conduct regular store walk-throughs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to displays.
  6. Work closely with store management to ensure that displays adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve display techniques.
  8. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of display materials and supplies.
  9. Train and mentor team members on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases as needed.
  11. Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for both employees and customers.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise new products and promotions through visual displays.
  13. Attend store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and new products.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall shopping experience for customers through innovative and eye-catching displays.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Or Furniture Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Design Trends And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Proficient In Design Software And Ability To Create Floor Plans And 3D Mockups.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Store Management And Sales Team To Execute Merchandising Strategies.
