- Plan and execute visually appealing merchandise displays in accordance with company branding and standards
- Collaborate with store management and merchandising team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies
- Utilize design skills and creativity to create captivating and dynamic displays that highlight product features and drive sales
- Regularly analyze and assess visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments to optimize customer engagement and sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure visual displays are relevant and appealing to target audience
- Maintain a clean and organized visual presentation of the store at all times
- Train and guide sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards
- Receive and install new merchandise in an aesthetically pleasing and efficient manner
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled with accurate pricing and information
- Assist in setting up and executing special events and promotions within the store
- Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement branded displays and product placement within the store.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Create Appealing Displays That Attract Customers And Increase Sales.
Strong Design Skills: A Retail Store Visual Merchandiser Should Have A Keen Eye For Design And Be Able To Create Visually Appealing Displays That Align With The Brand's Aesthetic. Experience With Color Theory, Space Planning, And Product Placement Is Highly Desired.
Knowledge Of Current Retail Trends: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Current Retail Trends And Have A Strong Understanding Of What Attracts Customers And Drives Sales. This Includes Knowledge Of Popular Design Styles, Color Palettes, And Product Placement Strategies.
