3. Collaborate with the store management team to ensure that displays are changed regularly and reflect current trends and promotions.
4. Maintain the overall aesthetic and brand image of the store through strategic placement and styling of furniture and home decor items.

6. Use your creative talents to come up with unique and innovative ideas for displays and visual merchandising techniques.
7. Ensure that all displays are neat, organized, and well-maintained to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
8. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and incorporate this into display designs.
9. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all stores.
10. Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials and make recommendations for additional items as needed.
