- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand product objectives and promotions to effectively showcase in-store.
- Ensure all displays and layouts are up-to-date and in line with current trends and seasonal changes.
- Regularly refresh displays and layouts to maintain an engaging and dynamic shopping environment.
- Maintain proper inventory levels for visual merchandising materials and work within allocated budget.
- Train and coach sales associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all store locations.
- Conduct store visits to evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of visual merchandising displays.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve and innovate our displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including back stock and storage areas.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Layouts, Product Placement, And Creating Eye-Catching Displays.
Knowledge Of Interior Design And Current Trends: A Retail Store Visual Merchandiser Must Have A Keen Eye For Design And Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In Home Furnishings. This Will Allow Them To Create Visually Appealing Displays That Will Attract Customers And Showcase The Store's Products Effectively.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Plan And Execute Visual Displays, As Well As Manage Inventory And Product Placement. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure All Displays Are Set Up On Time And Maintained Properly.
