1. Create visually appealing and engaging displays that showcase our brand and products in our retail stores.
2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and retain customers and increase sales.
3. Collaborate with the retail team to understand customer needs and preferences, and translate them into effective visual merchandising displays.
4. Maintain the overall appearance and layout of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve and innovate our visual merchandising techniques.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency between in-store displays and marketing campaigns.
7. Manage inventory and supplies needed for visual merchandising, and communicate any needs or issues to the appropriate team members.
8. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all store locations.
9. Conduct store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the customer experience.
10. Attend meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new ideas and initiatives for visual merchandising.
11. Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
12. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for visual merchandising, including safety and security protocols.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
14. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Ashley Furniture Industries in a positive and professional manner at all times.
