  1. Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives in a retail store setting.
  2. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  3. Train and develop team members to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
  4. Create and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers in the retail store.
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to effectively assist customers.
  9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  10. Keep track of customer service metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.
  11. Conduct regular meetings with the customer service team to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the customer experience.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the customer service team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Customer Service Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Furniture Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Furniture Products, Services, And Policies, With The Ability To Train And Educate Staff On These Topics.

  • Proficient In Various Computer Systems And Software, Including Pos Systems, Microsoft Office, And Customer Relationship Management Software.
