- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience across all areas of the retail store.

- Manage scheduling and staffing for the customer service team, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
