  1. Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience across all areas of the retail store.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns and building brand loyalty.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to customer service team members.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  9. Manage scheduling and staffing for the customer service team, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  10. Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  12. Act as a role model for customer service excellence, exhibiting a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
