  1. Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and onboard new customer service team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  5. Handle escalated customer service issues and find solutions to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  7. Create and maintain customer service metrics and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers and answer any inquiries.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer feedback and taking necessary actions to address any concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Customer Service Supervisor, Effective Communication Is Crucial For Maintaining Positive Relationships With Customers And Managing A Team. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
