- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Train and onboard new customer service team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and find solutions to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Create and maintain customer service metrics and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers and answer any inquiries.

Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Customer Service Supervisor, Effective Communication Is Crucial For Maintaining Positive Relationships With Customers And Managing A Team. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
