At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Supervisory Role Within A Retail Store Environment. This Includes Experience In Managing A Team, Handling Customer Complaints And Inquiries, And Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Provide Clear Instructions, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Retail Store Operations And Sales Process, Including Inventory Management, Cash Handling, And Merchandising. This Includes An Understanding Of Customer Service Metrics And The Ability To Analyze Data To Improve Performance.
