Job Description

Looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Customer Service Supervisor at Ashley Furniture Industries. As the supervisor of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and experience in a retail environment.   1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in a retail store environment.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient and effective customer service processes and procedures.
  3. Train and coach team members on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and company policies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.
  5. Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to accurately assist customers.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement new strategies to enhance the customer service experience.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  15. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
