  2. Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, responding promptly and professionally.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, promotions, and services offered by Ashley Furniture Industries.
  4. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs and budget, utilizing knowledge of the retail industry and company products.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
