  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  4. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping experience.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  7. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate manager if necessary.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  9. Continuously acquire knowledge about the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
  10. Attend regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

  13. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves as needed.
