  1. Greet and welcome customers to our retail store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.
  3. Be knowledgeable about our products and services to effectively assist customers in finding the right items for their homes.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  7. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Attend and participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.
  11. Uphold company standards for customer service and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  12. Foster and maintain good relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  13. Proactively seek out ways to improve the customer experience and make suggestions to management.
