  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
  4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  9. Proactively engage with customers to promote and upsell products.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store management.
