  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the retail store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
  4. Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay knowledgeable about company products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet sales targets.
  10. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  11. Follow all company procedures and policies, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking and implementing feedback and suggestions.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
