- Greet and welcome customers to Ashley Furniture Industries, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for their shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and assisting them in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their home.
- Promote and educate customers on the various products offered by Ashley Furniture Industries, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Utilize sales techniques to drive and increase overall sales, meeting and exceeding set sales goals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current and upcoming sales, promotions, and events, effectively communicating this information to customers.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's return and exchange policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom, ensuring a visually appealing and organized shopping experience for customers.
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized and follow-up services to ensure customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to effectively problem-solve and resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Positively contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to following the proper opening and closing procedures, accurately completing sales transactions, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
