  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and financing options.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed and labeled.
  6. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
  7. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including handling returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  11. Assist in inventory management and restocking products on the sales floor.
  12. Maintain knowledge of current trends and styles in home furnishings to assist customers in their purchases.
  13. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Customer Service Representative At Ashley Furniture Industries Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
