  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.

  3. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments, and issuing refunds or exchanges as needed.
  6. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately and effectively communicate information to customers.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during high-stress situations.
  11. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management.
  13. Adhere to company safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and company assets.
  14. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and product knowledge.
