  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and decor for their homes, based on their specific needs and preferences.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers, including pricing, dimensions, and availability.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are displayed properly and in good condition.
  7. Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming furniture trends, as well as product knowledge and sales techniques.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to suggest and implement improvements to the customer service experience.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, at all times.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as inventory management and store maintenance.
