  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases, providing accurate and detailed information about products and services offered.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed properly and shelves are fully stocked.
  6. Collaborate with sales associates and management to meet and exceed sales goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  8. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  9. Handle customer returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies to ensure a positive customer experience.
  11. Utilize customer feedback to improve store operations and customer service processes.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light to customers.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
  14. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
