  1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  10. Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and developments to make appropriate recommendations to customers.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, returns, exchanges, and customer privacy.
  13. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  14. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

  17. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
