  1. Greet and welcome customers to Ashley Furniture Industries with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and availability.
  4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Handle customer payments and transactions with accuracy and in compliance with company standards.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the best possible customer service experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, promoting a positive company image.
  12. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to ensure the smooth operation of the retail store.
