In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their furniture purchases, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
  3. Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about products, pricing, and policies.
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including entering information into the computer system and processing payments.
  5. Stay knowledgeable about current and upcoming promotions, sales, and products.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Communicate with other team members and store management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to customer service standards and store security measures.
  10. Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery and inventory, to ensure customer satisfaction.
